Welcome to the application hub for Soul Health Research & Extermination Division. Below is the full Original Universe (OU) application with examples. Blank templates for OU, AU/CRAU, and OC characters follow beneath.
S.H.R.E.D. processes new test subjects on an as-they-come-in basis. Please LINK your application.

Acceptances Announced: Please allow up to 4-7 days for processing, however the division treats new subject acquisition with a sense of urgency, and fast processing times are not unheard of.

Arrival Choice: Accept - Character must cut off a part of their body. This can be anything, as long as it's significant. A whole hand, a finger. A foot, a toe. An ear, or tongue. Prosthetics count as a valid sacrifice. Characters will regrow these parts upon dying for the first time, when their new body prints.
Decline - Their world is destroyed. Yes, really, even if they don't know it or believe it. Yet.
Unique Soul?: More than one soul? Sold your soul to the devil? Soulless automaton? If yes, see next section.
How do you wanna do this? For more than one soul, they each get their own Soul Capsule, and if one dies they all die and really bad things happen.
However for everything else we're a fan of "Yes, And." Do you have a cool idea? Describe it here OR drop a PM in the mod inbox if you have questions and I'll work with you.
Examples of how these COULD be approached are,
If no soul, a soul can be "created" through your essence, memories, etc. OR your character is considered a soulless anomaly and still thrown into town regardless, don't worry they'll still print off a new body for you. If your soul is the source of your power, that power is contained inside the soul capsule and may act up from time to time, or be triggered by S.H.R.E.D. at will.
Zombies, Vampires, etc are all humanized, however they continue to crave blood or flesh. Their human bodies reject this.
Transformers could be humanized, or horrid human/robot hybrids. Gigantic or small, don't worry, they can shrink you whenever they need.
Ghosts, as souls refusing to move on, are EXTREMELY exciting to the Division. They could easily be sucked into a Soul Capsule by nature of what they are. OR their ectoplasmic-mumbo-jumbo could be bound to a flesh sack and tortured along with the rest of them, they just ghost out whenever they die to repeat the cycle. For science!
These are just ideas, every canon is different and no S.H.R.E.D. intake employee is the same. What one may do to one vampire, the other might not for the next. Be as creative as you want, but when in doubt just ask. I promise, however, I'd rather hear YOUR idea first.

A mingle log will go up on August 24th to soft launch the game. Experiment #01 will begin September 5th.Test Drive threads are treated as canon, however they will not recall specific experiments or details, just remnants of significant conversations, emotions, etc. even if they don't know why. As far as they know, this is their first time here.
You may begin utilizing your credits on September 5th.
* His soul can bleed as an aesthetic choice and can be hot to the touch. As an optional flavor, on random revivals it causes internal bleeding that makes that cycle more difficult to manage.
